Airsoft Megastore warranty Void???? *URGENT* Points For Answer!!?

ok so i just got my gun from airsoft megastore (JG M4 S-System New Enhanced Version). I am familiar with airsoft guns having played airsoft at my friends 20+ acre farm and i have done extensive research. This is my first airsoft gun and paid for it with my own money. So i open up my new gun and arrange everything on my bed neatly. i read most of the manual since i already know how the gun works. i charged the battery for about an hour and 15 minutes. I then decide to go test it out with the "BBs PROVIDED with the gun"....so i go outside and shoot it and it was fine for a couple of shots but then it stopped shooting out any BBs so i immediately stop firing and check the mag and noticed that the mag is broke and isn't pushing the BBs upward and it sounds like there is BBs stuck in the gearbox. I then told my mom and put every single thing back in the box exactly how it was. So so my question is. Will the warranty be voided if i use the BBs provided in with the gun and did everything correctly in setting up the gun and will i have to pay for shipping, etc if the warranty isn't voided.
