Pre Calculus College RN, ASN HELP PLEASE!!?

MTH 1112- Pre Calculus Math is a course required for me to take for my RN, ASN Degree. What if I can't do it. You guys I've been out of high school for 10 years. I used to be okay at Algebra, I sucked at Algebra 2, and didn't even touch Calculus. I'm really worried now. :( Is Pre-Cal a definite requirement? Well, I re-read and I believe it is. I don't know what to do you guys, anything you can say that could help me would be nice. I don't know what to do now. :( I'm seriously worried
