Cant covince my parents to let me buy the ipod touch!?

Tell them you deserve to buy it because of something? Try to think of a reason, like good grades. Or maybe get a job and earn your own money instead of using scholarship money, because that shows them you are capable of being responsible with your money now that you know what it takes to earn it. Although when I got my ipod touch I used the money I had from a job and just went ahead and bought it without telling my parents...so maybe you should just go ahead and buy one. Unless you parents are really scary.
