I recently obtained a small aquatic turtle, can anyone help me with creating his habitat?

RETURN THIS SPECIES ASAP!!!!! If in fact this was by the ocean then you may be in posession of a illegal species and there are major fines to go with that. if it was in SEAWEED as you stated. this is no laughing matter do you know the type? if so ill help you establish a habitat but if it is a sea turtle you would be in a world of utooooo please be more specific with details.
