Thinking of Switching my pup to a Raw Diet?

While I mostly agree with BC Love... Dogs can handle raw meats unlike humans; things that could put us in the hospital often don't bother them at all (though some dogs DO have weak stomachs)..However, she referred to the "Idiots on Y!A" about bones, mainly poultry. They CAN & DO splinter! Your dog may not choke, but the bones splinter & break very easily & can tear up his throat & organs inside...Chicken & turkey bones are the worst & pork is known to do it... I just spent over $200 & 2-3 weeks nursing one of my little dogs because he got in the trash & ate the KFC (I know, I should have remembered to pick up the trash can :( so he couldn't reach >.<)
