To PRIUS OWNERS: Can I fit two 8' granite countertop slabs (8'x2') in the prius?

If you put the back seats down and recline the front penger seat as far back as it will go, you might be able to. I wouldn't recommend it though because they might shift around in transit or scuff up your upholstry.
