Stop feeding my 18 mth old (im going crazy!)?

I am in serious need of good advice as my daughter is driving me crazy! She goes to daycare all day and is fine with out me or my ! But if i stay home she would be on them all day or the other option is her wingeing and crying. We co-sleep and she goes to bed the same time as me and the only way i can get her to sleep is my s( other ppl can rock her or pat her during the day) she is then nursing all night. I am ready for all of this to stop, and she is a smart little girl and i believe she is ready aswell, but its a control and a little bit of a comfort thing for her. She wont take any other form of milk or bottle and is not a big eater she mainly snacks. Should i get the tablet to stop my milk or stick it out? I am a single mother and have no help so her crying all night may be tough.......
