What do i have to do to accomplish my dream career?

im a senior in highschool ready to graduate in june... my dream career is to own many spas and upscaled salons... i'm going to get my esthetician license after a graduate because im going to attend the aveda institute.. after the 6 months it takes me to get my license.. im thinking about going to college to get my business degree.. so by the time i go to college ill be working as a licensed esthetician and gain experience in the industry.. but what im wondering is that is getting my business degree worth it? because i have big goals and would also like to open up beauty stores.. but i also want to work and perform facials and stuff... i just want to kow if im doing this the right way or should i do things in a different order??
