Allow Refs to look at instant replays, s� o no?

absolutamente s�........sometimes it does piss you off seeing goals like pedro mendes vs ManU not given, dramatical dives awarded with a penalty...the goal which england scored against germany in the world cup final still remaining as a debated issue.....hell yea we need to bring in new techs to make sure things like these don't repeat!!!
