Can I break my lease?

My husband and I signed a lease in September 2009 and it's not up until september 2010, I was pregnant then and now our son is 4 months old, the house is falling apart, the sink leaked so we had to fix it, the toilet started leaking so we fixed it, the hot water valve also leaked and we fixed all the stuff ourselves but like 3 months ago the ceiling in the kitchen started leaking everywhere, we told our landlord so he came over and through a tarp over the roof then a month later the ceiling started leaking in our bedroom so again he through another tarp over the other side of our roof he keeps saying that he's going to fix the roof but hasn't and it's also going to be hard bc my husband works nights so if he ever gets to it it will be complicated anyways. There's also tons of spiders moving into our house, I am constantly finding them in our sons blankets clothes and they've even managed to make webs on his swing and bouncer and the ants are horrible also, they're in our bed and everywhere and i even called our landlord over a week ago and told him and he said someone will be by to spray but how's that going to work with our baby here.oh and there's mold everywhere. Any suggestions on what I can do?
