How to subtly tell colleague I like him?

I want to know how I could let a guy I work with know that I like him in the romantic sense.....We're working together 2 years....we already flirt but to flirt in such a way that its obvious to him what im after...you know how some men need it spelled out LOL, any advice appreciated, we're in our 20's so play fighting is out im afraid:)
