I like an older man...what should i do?

Report him to your pricinipal...a teacher is not supposed to flirt with the students. He can lose his job if he is found out and he should, he is a pig and preying on impressionable and immature girls. I know you do not like my answer, but I am a retired teacher, and what he is doing is a definite no-no and cause for his immediate dismissal and revocation of his teaching certification.
