Im sooo confused about this guy..helllp[..?

ok so yesterdday we talked for an hour on the phone then he textde me right after and asked me whats up and i said watching tv and he said oh waht are you whatching? and then i told him (i responded kind of late though) and hee never replied....it could be he didnt get my text but idkkk... today he hasnt even texted me...what do you think is happening.? should i wait or just forget him?..im soo afraid of being hurt:/
