My husband has a problem,what should i do?

My husband a few years ago got in a car accident and injured his back.. he was also diagnoised with pancreatitis..My thing is he became addicted to narcotics badly , i mean to the point where it is affecting my children .. He walks around all highed up and doesnt know what he is doing half the time.. i cannot take it any more and my children cannt either.. i need to leave but have no where to go .. where can i get help or is there any help in Michigan . Tried to get him to go but he wont leave .. what can or should i do.
